why do people have a different idea about someone when they first meet them. Related to country: Nigeria
what controls that sataaya (feelings) when people from different culture, religion and country meet.

you are allowed to air out your veiws. this happen in different part of the world and is affecting the image of those country.

Maybe what we have read. heard, or percieved thru media (films, news etc. etc. ) affects our feelings when we percieve a person from some other culture for the 1st time... Many a times, we surely are prejudiced... But, eventually i guess we discover our innate similarity... But then the prejudice itself maybe keeps us discovering or interacting at times...

Differences Some people do not want to step outside of their culture, because they fear the unknown. Some of us want to learn about other cultures because we love people and we love to learn new things :)

why people have different perception on others Potentialy it goes with one's way of thinking, in moist cases if am of the view that strangers are always a theat the first time i meet some one i will show different sorts of character some positive and others negative and all that is influenced by society and community where one lives and has grown up. In my view its a wrong attitude that we keep, this is mainly in most humans but the way to solving that anti social way of life is trying to keep oursleves open to new surprises and new entries in life be it human or material beings, thats my feel we must learn to welcome all that comes and later choose what is good for us to receice and eliminate what is not.

First immpression matters a lot.If there're2persons,1 smart n the other shaggy ur views on the them then would be varied,so how 1 presents him/her matters.Moreover we're from diff.backgrounds so what may seem strange to you isn't to me.

I think I have an answer They choose to remain ignorant until something happens tothmem to change they either get sick of the culture they are currently living in and want to change, or not. it is a long process
